When you request a quote we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address (optional), postcode, a description of your project and any photos you choose to upload. If you contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the information you send us there.

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, prepare a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months, or longer if you become a customer and we need records for warranty, insurance or tax purposes.

Who we share it with

Your details are stored on our website server and may be sent to us by email through our email provider. We do not share them with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Third-party content

Some pages show content from TikTok and Google Maps. These services may set their own cookies when their content loads. This website itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
